Relax in our spacious, modern 5m x 5m (16’ x 16’) lounge with stunning views over the beach and Southwold Pier. Bright and airy with morning sunshine pouring in, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The LG Smart TV includes Freeview HD and apps for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, iPlayer, and more—enhanced by a Denon soundbar with Bluetooth, so you can stream your favourite music directly from your phone.







Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, and a fan oven with gas hob. An 8-place dinner set and dining table with seating for six make it ideal for family meals. There’s also an Alexa speaker to play your favourite radio stations or playlists while you cook or dine.








Bathroom:
The bathroom features a full-size bath with a powerful shower overhead, heated towel rail, mirrored cabinet, sink, and toilet—all clean, modern, and well-maintained.


Towels are provided for use within the apartment, please bring your own beach towels. 







Main Bedroom:

Enjoy a restful night on a luxurious king-size Dunlopillo Hybrid mattress—cool, comfortable, and supportive. There’s plenty of storage space including bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a hanging space.


Ben linen is provided. 







Second Bedroom:
The guest/kids’ bedroom features a comfortable double hybrid mattress. The window looks out over the peaceful garden patio area, making it a quiet and relaxing space.

Outside:

The courtyard garden is shared with Flat 11, and is available for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Southwold. There is a storage bench to sit on, and you are welcome to use the buckets and spades inside (padlock has the same combination code as the Keypad). Please bring your own beach towels.



Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which spans 71 square metres (764 square feet). The flat is on the ground floor with level access throughout—no steps or ramps, making it easily accessible for all guests.


Our Second Home:
The apartment is mainly used as our second home, and is not a full time holiday let.  We would therefore ask you to keep it as you would your own home. Please do not bring any beachwear or sand-covered toys into the apartment - simply leave them in the courtyard.


Parking:
Free on-street parking is available nearby on North Parade, Dunwich Road, and Marlborough Road. Southwold can be busy in peak season, so we recommend arriving early in the day or later in the afternoon/evening to secure a spot.

Alternatively, paid parking is available at Southwold Pier (IP18 6BN), payable by app (RingGo, PayByPhone etc). The RingGo location code is 664462.
